- 1 bag Organic Spinach
- ¾ cup pecans
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- ¾ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 bottle Green Gaia SASS Undressed
Place spinach into serving bowl. Add the pecans, shredded carrots, tomatoes, & avocado. Dress with SASS Green Gaia Undress

Gluten-free, Main Course, Recipes, Salads, Vegan, Vegetarian- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup tomato half wedges
- ¾ cup sliced black olives
- 1 avocado, sliced into bites
- ¾ cup corn chips
- ¾ cup shredded jack cheese (optional)
- Chicken, shrimp, or tofu if desired (optional)

Tasty Tamari SASS Tofu
Gluten-free, Main Course, Recipes, Tamari Vinaigrette, Vegan, Vegetarian- 2 pounds extra firm tofu
- 1 cup Tamari Vinaigrette SASS
Wrap tofu in a clean cloth. Place a cutting board weighted with a heavy juice can on top. Set aside for 30 minutes to allow excess water to drain from tofu.
Slice each block of tofu lengthwise into 4 slices and brush on SASS Tamari Vinaigrette .
