- 1 bunch spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
- 1 medium size red onion quartered and cut into thin half moon
- 1 cup Mandarin orange slices (drain juice if using canned oranges)
- 1 cup washed and dried green grapes
- 1 cup Creamy Miso SASS
