Cheesy Caesar Crab Dip

- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 six oz. cans lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup Classic Caesar SASS
Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the celery and onion & cook until soft, about 2 minutes. Add SASS & stir until thick. Whisk in the cream cheese, a little at a time. Blend in the lemon juice and remove from heat. Drain crab meat and add to cheese mixture. Transfer mixture to a baking dish & bake for 20 minutes, until hot & bubbly. Serve with crackers or bread.
