SASS Balsamic Vinaigrette Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
– half of 10 oz bag of Bow Tie Noodles
– 1 8 oz bag of Frozen Corn
– 1 pint of Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
– 2 large Avocados (diced in small pieces)
– ⅓ cup of Cilantro (finely chopped)
– ⅓ cup or more of SASS Balsamic Vinaigrette
– Sprinkle of Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Pour frozen bag of corn into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave on high for 5 minutes
- Boil water in a medium sized pot, add noodles, and cook noodles for 12 minutes or until they become soft
- Once noodles are cooked, drain them and let them cool
- After noodles have cooled down, pour them into a serving dish
- Add the cooked corn, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocados, cilantro, SASS Balsamic Vinaigrette and a sprinkle of pepper then mix.
