SASS Sesame Garlic Flank Steak & Asparagus

INGREDIENTS
(SASS Sesame Garlic Flank Steak)
– 2 lbs of Flank Steak
– 1 lb of Baby Potatoes halved
– 1 tbsp or more of SASS Sesame Garlic undressed
– ½ tsp of fresh chopped Rosemary
– 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
– 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp of Garlic Peppercorn, (pepper of your choice)
– Sprinkle of Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Using a medium sized pot, bring water to a boil over medium heat
- Add in the halved baby potatoes and cook until soft
- Once potatoes are cooked, drain and let cool
- Cut flank steak into thin slices
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of garlic peppercorn, a sprinkle of salt and 1 tbsp or more of SASS Sesame Garlic Dressing undressed over the cut flank steak and rub into steak
- Place cooked and cooled baby potatoes into a serving dish and drizzle over 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, ½ tsp of freshly chopped rosemary, 1 tbsp of garlic peppercorn and a sprinkle of salt. Mix together and add seasoned flank steak in the middle of the dish
- Add a few small fresh rosemary sprigs on top of potatoes
- Place dish in the broiler for 10 minutes and turn flank steak over half way through.
INGREDIENTS
(Asparagus)
– 1 lb of Asparagus
– 2 tbsp of Roasted Garlic Panko Bread Crumbs
– 2 Garlic cloves minced
– 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 2 tsp of Honey
– 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
– 1 tbsp of Garlic Peppercorn
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together bread crumbs, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic and garlic peppercorn
- Wash and cut off the bottom ends of the asparagus and place on a pan covered in foil
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil over asparagus
- Pour seasoning on top of asparagus, mix together then spread asparagus evenly on pan
- Cook in oven for 10 minutes on 400 degrees
Time to serve!
