15 mini slider buns
4 cups of lightly shredded chicken
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. of buffalo wing sauce
SASS Bleu Cheese Dressing
optional: 2 Tbsps. of melted butter
- Slice your slider buns if they did not come pre-sliced, and place the bottoms in a single layer on the platter or dish you are using (this part is called mise en place, which we will post about later this week😉)
- Mix the shredded chicken and wing sauce in a bowl. If your chicken is cold, warm up your wing sauce first.
- Top the bun bottoms with some of the chicken mixture, then drizzle some SASS Bleu Cheese dressing on top.
- Place the tops of the buns onto the sliders and serve!
Tip: We highly recommend toasting your buns(lol) before building your sliders. It keeps the bottom bun from becoming too soggy from the wing and blue cheese sauce. Just remember to grease the pan first!
Additional option: Opt to put your sliders in a pan and after assembling, brush the tops with a little butter, then bake for about 5 minutes, until the tops look toasty and a tad colored.
