- 8 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbs. honey
- 3 Tbs. finely chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbs. finely chopped green onion
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 3⁄4 cup Wasabi Ginger SASS
Bake sweet potatoes at 350 until soft (about 1 hour.)
Peel skin off and mash with Wasabi Ginger SASS, cinnamon and honey.
Spread in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Toast slivered almonds in small pan on stove. Before serving, stir in chopped cilantro and onion, and sprinkle almonds over top. Serve warm.
